Prior to training with Greg, I had a love/hate relationship with the gym. I would put myself through various regimes and crazy diets and become frustrated with not getting the result I had hoped for. Greg is one of a kind. His coaching style is excellent; he’s consistent, motivating, supportive and makes you push yourself to a different level. He also enables you to become honest with yourself and sets clear, exciting and realistic (achievable) goals. At the same time – his sessions are a real laugh and I value his company and opinion as a friend as well as a coach. I love our sessions and am even ‘annoyed’ if I have to delay one. I’m personally gutted that he’s leaving the UK but recommend Greg unreservedly to anyone, whatever their current level of fitness. He will take you to a level you didn’t realise you had and you’ll have a real laugh along the way.
