Michael helped me build a great exercise routine, while Greg's messages keep me completely accountable. Highly recommend if you need help getting back on track!Posted on Google Zyana BrottonJuly 22, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been seeing Krissy for a few months now, and she is beyond positive. I’ve tried so many things over the years, and always felt judged… but not here! My husband and I both go to this company and we both have hyper flexible joints and these guys are amazing at working within the range that is safe, and build muscle to help support. They truly know what they are doing - no doubt about that. It’s made such a drastic impact on my life that I will forever be grateful. It’s not only helping build muscle and supporting health within the whole body…. I’ve also gained so much confidence, and my mental health has improved so much. I could go on and on about how good these guys are, but truly you just need to experience it for yourself 😊Posted on Google gkzdtcJuly 20, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very convenient as the trainer comes to your place. Greg is great😃Posted on Google Scott WightMay 1, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been training with Michael since February, I started at 104kg with several years training experience, and my weight is down below 101kg for the first time since 2020. Greg has been great for nutritional advice and keeping me accountable, Michael has been great for programming and giving alternatives based on equipment or ability limitations. I would happily recommend them.Posted on Google Georgiana MannionApril 27, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Oh goodness, I’ve been meeting Hettie once a week for about 2 months. She comes to my gym in my building and uses the equipment in my gym and makes programs for me. We have 45 minute sessions and focus a lot on my strength because I knew I was weak! She took my measurements when we first met, and she’s just done them again, and I’ve lost 12.5cm around my tummy, and 2cm on my arms and legs! I’ve even lost 7.5kg! And I’m stronger! I’ve been able to carry heavy boxes to my storage unit without using a trolley and my partner is so impressed with me! It’s a noticeable difference and I feel so good about myself! I have to buy new clothes now which is a good problem. I’m continuing my sessions for a long time because she’s awesome and it’s worth the money, it’s an investment in myself. I’m so grateful!Posted on Google diki laMarch 27, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Riddlock Mobile training .Their onboarding was so easy.I was contacted very swiftly and was arranged a trainer and in my case it was Hetti. She is so experienced and amazing .Within few weeks I had already started to feel so much stronger and she did it very safely and gradually introduced exercises. She really knows her stuff and I would recommend everyone serious about their health to give them a try.I trained for 3 days a week .I found them very professional.Posted on Google Leona JonesMarch 24, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Krissy and Greg are consummate professionals and so good at what they do. Krissy is so knowledgeable and experienced. She knows exactly what to do to support my body and my fitness goals.Posted on Google Alison MillerMarch 17, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been training with Krissy since August and have found the mobile PT set up perfect for my current living/working situation. She somehow keeps me accountable without feeling like I am being chased, checks in just enough and makes the work out entertaining with some interesting topics of conversation too... lots of laughs. Even if you do the work out just for the end of session stretches, totally worth it!Posted on Google Hope ShawMarch 15, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The model is unique and drives better success for me than a traditional training model ever has. I work with Cullen for my physical sessions, and he’s incredible - deeply knowledgeable and knows how to push my limits, while prioritising safety and care. The sessions are super fun! What really sets Riddlock apart is the holistic support. I have a weekly voice-note checkin with Greg, which is a game changer for my total accountability. Being able to share both my successes and areas for improvement each week keeps me focused and motivated between sessions. Since starting, I’ve significantly increased my own daily workout choices and I’m seeing and feeling massive benefit.Posted on Google EmilyMarch 2, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bring the workout to you.
Our male and female personal trainers in Brisbane deliver safe, tailored programmes for all fitness levels.
We come to you. Sessions can take place at your home, a nearby park, your workplace or a suitable apartment/building gym within our Brisbane service area.
No. Our trainers can bring the equipment needed for your session. If you already have equipment at home or access to an apartment gym, we can incorporate that too.
Most of our clients are busy professionals over 40 who want to become stronger, fitter and more consistent but don’t necessarily want to build their routine around travelling to a commercial gym. We also work with people who simply prefer the privacy and convenience of training at home.
We begin with a free phone consultation to understand where you’re at and what you’re looking for. If we’re a good fit, the next step is a paid physical assessment. From there we match you with the appropriate trainer, build your programme and begin ongoing coaching.
Often, yes. Training can be adapted around many existing limitations where it is appropriate to do so. Where necessary, we’re also happy to work alongside your physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or other treating professional. Personal training does not replace medical or clinical care.
No. Although home-based personal training is a large part of what we do, sessions can also take place in local parks, workplaces and suitable apartment or building gyms.
Clients work with us anywhere from once to three times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, budget and how much training they can realistically commit to.
We build the programme around the individual, so the aim is to make the most of the time you have with your trainer rather than simply adding more sessions for the sake of it. From more than 14 years of one-to-one coaching, we’ve found that twice per week is the gold standard for many clients. It gives us enough regular contact to coach, progress and maintain momentum without training taking over their week.
That said, there are plenty of ways to make great progress training once per week, and some clients benefit from three sessions.
More isn’t automatically better. The right amount is what fits your life and can be sustained consistently.
That’s completely fine. Many people come to us after a long break from exercise, feeling unfit, lacking confidence or simply unsure where to start.
You do not need to “get fit first” before working with a personal trainer. We start from where you are now, adapt the training to your current ability and gradually build strength, fitness and confidence at a pace that makes sense for you.
For many people, training in their 40s, 50s and beyond becomes less about chasing extreme fitness goals and more about staying strong, capable, mobile and confident in everyday life.
Good coaching can help make training more appropriate to your current body, experience, injury history, lifestyle and goals rather than expecting you to train the way you did in your 20s. That’s a big part of why we specialise in working with people over 40.
The biggest difference is that we build the service around your life rather than asking you to build your life around the gym. Your trainer comes to you, brings the equipment you need and adapts the training to your goals, ability and circumstances. You do not need a gym membership or even to step inside a gym.
A lot of the people who come to us simply do not enjoy gyms, have no interest in joining one, or feel more comfortable training privately at home or somewhere familiar. We’re not anti-gym; they work brilliantly for plenty of people. We’re simply a strong option for people who want expert coaching, accountability and personalised training without the gym environment or another trip added to their week.
Our own analysis of 124 written five-star Google reviews found that clients most frequently talked about accountability, enjoyment, knowledgeable coaching and personalised training, which lines up closely with how we’ve built the service.
We don’t simply assign the next available person. After your initial phone consultation and physical assessment, we consider your goals, training history, location, availability, personality, preferences and any relevant injuries or physical limitations.
From there, we match you with the trainer we believe is the best fit and build the coaching around you from the start.
