Can my dog or children sit in and wait for me?
No problem if we are training in your local park as long as neither of them bites! Otherwise, you can do what they like if we are training in your home.
I have an injury, can I still do personal training?
Almost all of our clients have injuries of some kind, once we get over 40 we do not spring chickens anymore (not old either ey). Our personal training sessions are based on what you can and can’t do, from how much you can lift to how to fit you are.
I really hate the gym, how is this different?
You never need to step inside a gym again as we will train where suits you best, be that either in your home, your local park, the beach, or at work… all we focus on is having fun and most of all getting results.

Yes as long as you’re over 40.
How far in advance do I need to book or cancel?
We know life can be crazy, that is why we keep things as simple as possible, we run a 24-hour cancellation policy but you can book as far in advance as you like.
How fast will I see results?
How quickly do you want to see them? Once you join Riddlock personal training, we will give you all the tools, and all the resources and will guide you every step of the way. It all comes down to how badly you want it, and when the tough days come do you follow everything we teach you so you don’t reach into the biscuit tin or that cold bottle in the fridge.

Do I need to bring any equipment?
No all you need is to bring yourself and some water, we provide everything else.
How much space will you need for the personal training session?
Very little. We can deliver amazing sessions even in a tight work area. A lounge, hallway, backyard or deck will provide more than enough space.

We develop individual programs and personalise them to your preferences. With our sessions, you can expect plenty of variety. We like to keep things fresh so you don’t get bored.
