I first met Greg well over two years ago when I enrolled in a gym and look advantage of the additonal core strength training. Once Greg successfully went solo, I followed as one of his clients as we had and still continue to build an excellent relationship. Greg has always been first instructive in terms of getting my form right, then second, acheiving visible goals in a realistic time frame.
