I’ve known Greg in the capacity of a trainer/coach for coming up to a year now and I have had a few training sessions with him. He’s a great combination of a born motivator as well as a well-educated instructor. Being a physiologist myself, its reassuring that I understand what he’s talking about and that it makes sense when he starts talking about the science of training and wellbeing! He has an infectious and positive outlook on life which rubs off on others with ease. Highly recommended as a coach / trainer if you are looking for one.
